eClinicalWorks Pricing Structure

  • Option 1 is the upfront model with annual SMS (Support and Maintenance).
  • Option 2 is a monthly subscription model, with no upfront fee or no annual SMS.
  • Option 3 is GroupOne's OneRate Bundled Package of Services
  • At your option, the application can be installed at your location or hosted remotely via our ASP service. The ASP hosting service is avaiable for $100 per month per provider.

We work with leading hardware manufactures like Dell, HP, Toshiba, Motion and your preferred IT provider to provide the best options for our customers while leaving the final hardware decision with them.

All third party software costs for the database and faxes are included. There are no additional or hidden software costs.
