Yesterday, the House of Representatives approved the Small Business Health IT Financing Act and sent the measure to the Senate. The bill would create a Small Business Administration loan program to help physicians purchase electronic health record systems. Last week, Sen. John Kerry introduced a similar bill in the Senate.
